The normal way, people use morals and guide their judgment, is through social interaction. Just like with the zen riddle of dreaming to be a butterfly and then waking up, to ask yourself, isn't the butterfly dreaming of being You, not you waking up of dreaming butterfly!! We take our morals for granted, as though, this is the only way, you could define Good and Evil. The most primordial thing it concludes, is that certain people are Good and others are Evil. 

Because of that, you treat them differently and see no error in that. Why would you treat a mentally handicapped person or excon the same as you would treat an Ivy League graduate or Savy teenstar? Then you get to the second level of Morality, you start seeing things beyond your previous morals, there things and people, which there previously Evil, are now either Neutral or even Good. 

The best way to describe it in Christendom,is through the WitchCraft narrative, due to disobedience being in par with that sin punishable by death. What if, using the Book of Ezekiel as narration, a Witch would act as though he was a true believer. For instance, let us think, you got this Bileam guy, who summons the name of Yahveh -- but he's still a Witch!! Is he Good or Evil? The contemporary Jews ended up killing Bileam for that reason, although, it was not accounted and wished for by God, if you would take his affirmations as evidence, then he blessed Israel instead of cursing, as conditioned by the leader, who tried to hire him. 

Going beyond Good and Evil helps you understand your morals better and make it do its bidding, not do you. It prevents the leaf on your shoulder on Sabbath day problems. One way, how to go beyond Good and Evil, is to use koans or parables. What do such things do, to intelligent people, who are smartass? They shut their headsup down. No longer are the higher evolved and scholarly advantageous ahead, but may even be behind, if they don't know, how basic things work, which you felt beneath you, to learn, because you there too crafty in your main skill. 

Its also the event of having one great ear or nose in contrast of your other body, 1Cor 12:14-26 which Nietzsche liked to gloat on, while reciting the Bible. Because allthough, these things are there, they are not really implemented in the real world. They are just nice words in a book!! We should not identify ourselves with our abilities, but see us as team players, to make sure, we want to see the bigger picture and humble ourselves, instead of becoming globetrotters or cosmopolitans, I despise so much. Much of the problems of current world, is due to Westerners being all-knowing, having the ability to see through the limitations of great realms and areas, and nitpick values, they previously had no access to. 

It is also called cultural misappropriation. The problem is not this nitpicking itself, because it can be very childlike and flattering, but the fact, it can give this Godlike feeling, there you are better, than the rabble. You need to insignify yourself in order to defend your moral values from imploding and burning out. Are you doing moral deeds, to establish yourself as a moral person in the inner mirror of society and other people, in which case you're morally dead, because your morality falls apart, the moment those people change or are gone. Or are you doing them, because they are your second nature!! In order to be a moral person, you must want to be that person, not because your teacher and peers and lawbook told you so, but because you internally agree with it. 

You don't know, how people morally feel, not how they do casual things, but then there are moral conflicts, like the sick person asking for help on Sabbath day, then even the work of the miracle healer was deemed as "Not on Sabbath Day" You can love the rule for the sake of the rule, or love the people and adjust the rule accordingly to its inner meaning. You can't really say, knowing something, if you cannot go beyond and create your own way to see that thing! Which is the third state of Good and Evil. In Martial Arts it is relied as Learning the Way; Forgetting the Way, Finding your Own Way. This is both humbling and emboldening experience, just like a 4th wall break with Monika.
