Why do strong churches fail?

 Using my own lifes experience, with my own church, how it was... the easy and short answer, then to put it bluntly. The Christians get in the way of the Imago Christi!! Imagine a band, there the lead singer is lord Jesus Christ *but* the drums are starting to shred, to draw attention, just then lord Jesus Christ starts telling something meaningful; and the guitar man starts jamming, then something serious is told by lord Jesus Christ, and the Saxofon butts in, thenever lord Jesus invites the children in, to gross all out of this cacophony. Not to mention the denegrating and slurs hurled to and through to draw attention of what an individual did right or somebody else fucked up...  That is the reason, why strong Churches fail. You see, they are strong in individual traits; but not strong in humility -- in suffering their neighbours traits or even listening, to what lord Jesus Christ has to say... Crazy huh. Welcome to Christendom then, Halleluyah! 

I also rue the day, then the 16 personality traits there introduced to the Christian Churches. They may be of use, somewhere, they definitely do more harm inside the church. "Oh what's that, you don't have an INFJ -- well too bad, you're not fit for Pastoring then!" "You wanna really sing, but your chart say's fuck you, that's your weakest trait -- go be a carpenter instead!!" There did the aid go, to assist you, in obtaining the skills you need and want, not sitting on the skills you dont even find use for? Because some bureaucrat decided in an Excel spread-sheet, this is what they want, and not what you have to offer... I didn't become a Christian, to become a drone in the system -- I became a Christian, because I got something to say, because I thought, lord Jesus Christ was somebody, people love to hangout with!! There did we fall, there people see us coming, and they run like the Apocalyptic Riders are after them? Lord Jesus Christ could talk to the tax collector and the Pharisee and the Harlot; the Greeks and the Samaritans -- but not Christians these days. We can only spread the Gospel amongst ourselves!! Why dost the salt jar need the salt?! Meat needs the salt, lest it rots -- its not nice and rotting is sweet, but it will be of aid. That's what keeps the food unspoiled and tasty!! Halleluyah!

Even if we do find somebody to convert -- we make em the lesser version of ourselves -- more miserable and dependant from us, than from lord Jesus Christ! It should be Church of lord Jesus Christ, not Church of Awesome Christians, who scare the living shit out of people and don't let them even audition, out of fear, they might not be good enough to make the cut!! Its better to have a barn full of amish people, than haughty Christians serving the rich and the elites... The problem is not with the rich and the elite, but catering specifically unto them, making sure, the Heathen or the Witch will never get over the doorstep!! How many of us, would have even bothered to convert the 12 Apostles or St.Paul, who prior wronged the church as Saul the religious Zealot? That is here the question... Halleluyah!
