Why dost God break His own rules?

 Why does it seem so, that Yahweh, Lord of Hosts, dost not fare accordingly by his own ToS, 

provided unto us by the Bible. For instance, it is said, "Thenever a Prophet shall proclaim defection

from the Covenant of the Lord, this Prophet is to be put to death, for he has been deceived by the Lord."

or "You shall not suffer a witch to live." or "An eye who spites his father or discends upon his mother, the ravens shall feast near the river and the young eagles gorge on the streams." 

How then could Lord Jesus Christ disrespect one of the elders of His people, who was called upon by Gods divine Law itself, given by thunder and turmoil on the mount of Horeb, there not a single cow nor mortal, was allowed to tread, until Moses comes down from talking to God Allmighty? Not just disrespect, but do so on Sabbath day, while healing a sick! Wasn't he born of a virgin called Mary, which broke the wedding vows with Joseph, the husband of Mary? And that man called Himself Son of God!! 

Wasn't he worthy of condemnation, like Zarathustra once spoke of it? What say you!
